Find Your US Size

Barefoot shoes are shaped a little differently from regular sneakers — roomier at the toes, closer at the heel — so your usual size isn't always the right call. The surest way is to measure your foot and match the length. Takes about a minute and saves you a return.

How to Measure Your Foot (Inches)

1. Put a sheet of paper flat against a wall.

2. Stand on it with your heel against the wall — stand, don't sit, so your foot spreads under your weight.

3. Mark the tip of your longest toe.

4. Measure from the wall to the mark in inches.

5. Measure both feet at the end of the day and go with the longer one.

Find your measurement in the Foot length column, then order that row's US size. If you're right between two, order the larger — your toes are meant to spread, not press the front.

Fit tips

Between sizes? Go up. A little room at the end is right; a tight toe box defeats the whole point of the shoe.

Wide feet? The Roam 2.0's toe box is genuinely wide, so most people don't need to size up for width — match your length and trust the chart.

Coming from regular sneakers? These feel roomier through the toes and closer at the heel. That's normal — it's your toes finally getting space to spread.

Still unsure? Email support@groundtheoryshoes.com with your foot length and we'll tell you the size to order.
